Bo Clark
Bo Clark founded HBC Interests in 2008 and is focused on project budgeting, construction and development of stores and evaluating strategic opportunities to expand locations for clients. Bo previously was a land broker with CB Richard Ellis in Dallas, TX. While in Dallas, Bo was named the Real Estate Top Rookie of the Year by the Dallas Business Journal. Bo graduated from the University of Texas and received a Finance degree from the McCombs School of Business. Bo lives in Wichita Falls, Tx with his wife, Brooke, and three children, Baily, Molly and Peter.
Marissa Ayers
Marissa Ayers serves as the Office Coordinator for HBC Interests. She handles property management, day-to-day operations of building and tenants, along with managing general administrative activities and marketing support. Marissa earned a Bachelor in Science in Sport and Fitness Management from Midwestern State University.
Nicole Harris
Nicole Harris serves is the Development Manager for HBC Interests assisting with site development and handling in-house bookkeeping for investment properties and assets. She shares in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. Nicole earned two Bachelor degrees from Midwestern State University specializing in Business Management and Interdisciplinary Studies.
Andrea Fikirsindi
Andrea serves as the Office Coordinator for HBC Interests. She handles property management, day-to-day operations of building and tenants, and general administrative activities. Andrea earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Midwestern State University.
